PROGRAM LEVEL
The Diploma in Accounting is a program that aims to graduate intermediate professional graduates working in different businesses sectors by providing practical applications and training throughout the program. It also exposes the students to several specialized professional areas in accounting. The program provides the students with various opportunities for continuous learning through pursuing further higher education degrees and through attaining specialized professional certificates such as CMA, ACCA and CPA certificates.

1. Practice a successful career in the field of accounting such as accountant and auditor.
2. Engage in life-long learning skills and professional development.
3. Manage with broad range of social, legal and ethical issues that are related to the field of accounting and finance.

a. Explain principles and advanced concepts in different types of accounting.
b. Demonstrate advanced skills in work habits, leadership, communication, adhering to deadlines, and lifelong learning professional development. c. Apply advanced and professional issues related to ethics, conducts and social needs.
d. Analyze problems related to accounting to provide effective solutions.
e. Combine the principles and concepts of accounting and finance to accomplish projects in that field.
