In the field of higher education, serves as an experienced lecturer involved in student advising, curriculum development, course coordination, assessment design, and academic research. Actively contributes to institutional development through participation in various academic and administrative committees. Biography
Over the past decade, Mrs. Fatema Al Bin Ali has focused on human resources management, marketing, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, e-business, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Analytics at the University of Bahrain, College of Business. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Royal University for Women.
Mrs. Al Bin Ali is a faculty member at the College of Applied Studies, University of Bahrain, where she teaches courses in office management, human resources, interpersonal skills, and office procedures and simulations. From 2012 to 2019, she held roles in recruitment, policy development, and medical licensing management, contributing to a strong foundation in HR practice.
Alongside her teaching responsibilities, she continues to pursue her research interests in business analytics, while also managing administrative duties and participating in various university committees. She is dedicated to fostering student development and equipping learners with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.
