FACULTY BIO

Over the past decade, Mrs. Fatema Albinali has maintained a focus on human resources management, marketing, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, e-business, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.   Her research is currently being conducted at the University of Bahrain, College of Business, as a Ph.D. candidate in Business Analytics - Management. She holds a Master's in Human Resources Management from DePaul University and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from the Royal University for Women.   Presently, she is a member of the faculty of the College of Applied Studies at the University of Bahrain, where she teaches courses related to office management, human resources, interpersonal skills, as well as office procedures and simulations. During the period from 2012 to 2019, she served in positions related to recruitment, policy development, and doctors licensing management as part of her professional experience.   While continuing to handle her teaching duties, she continues to work on her research interests in business analytics while managing administrative duties and taking part in committee responsibilities. She is dedicated to developing students' skills and knowledge to succeed in today's dynamic business environment.
