Ms. Safa Qassim Safar, MSc, is an Instructor at the Faculty of Administrative Programs, College of Applied Studies, University of Bahrain. Her experience includes Business Administration, Project Management, and Management policies and procedures, with wide skills and competencies in media and public relations which extends to more than 14 years. She graduated with a Master of Public Management from Aix-Marseille University - France, 2018 and a Bachelor of Business Information Systems in University of Bahrain, 2010. She holds a Fellowship - Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practices from Higher Education Academy, UK, 2024, and Professional Certificate from Ecole Nationale D’Administration (ENA) France, 2018. She is a TV and Radio programs host and has arranged so many events for local and international entities such as the United Nations. Also, she plays the role of Master of Ceremony in plenty of official and social events in Bahrain, in addition to moderating dialogue sessions in different forums and workshops, Ms. Safar is also specialized in Project Management field, where she has Revised Project Management policies and procedures for many Ministries and formulated customized Program Management Office Toolkit aligned with PMI standards.Areas of Expertise
